Avatar: The Way of Water finally sets its streaming release dates for Disney+ and Max.
According to a press release, James Cameron’s Avatar sequel is set to hit the streaming platforms on June 7. In addition to the film, Disney+ will include bonus content featuring behind-the-scenes footage with the cast and crew. The film marked the first of several planned sequels to 2009’s Avatar. Both films made massive box office records, with the first film becoming the highest-earning box office feature of all time.
