Showtime is ready to bring back more of its iconic shows, with Nurse Jackie and Weeds getting sequel series.
Deadline revealed that Showtime and Lionsgate Television are in the early stages of planning revivals for both series. Though no major details have been confirmed, Nurse Jackie star Edie Falco and Weeds star Mary-Louise Parker would return to lead their respective shows. Each actor would also be an executive producer on their project.
