This week, we will get Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 211 on the usual broadcasting slot. The anime will be continuing with the ongoing Kawaki arc. Things have settled down in the latest episode of the anime, but it’s already clear that this is coming as just the calm before the big storm comes. Even though there was little to no action in the last episode, we managed to get more updates about Jigen’s situation and most of the inners back at their hideout.
Meanwhile, in Konoha, the Hokage’s office continues to find more clues about the organization. Kara is always a step ahead, thanks to their more advanced technology. But now, with Jigen immobilized, their plans are going slower than they have expected. Boro’s defeat meant that the organization would have to start covering its tracks as soon as possible. And the emergence of a new power unknown to Kara meant that a direct confrontation with the Leaf is now inevitable.
The preview of the upcoming episode shows the development of yet another event with a suspicious man roaming around the leaf village. Knowing that Kashin Koji hasn’t left the village since Jigen’s confrontation, there is a good chance it is him. So he seems to have plans of his own going, so we should see how this will develop with the upcoming episodes.
This means that we will be heading into more action in the next episodes of the anime. The simultaneous developments of such events mean that things have become hectic at Kara’s hideout as well. Jingen intends to go into action immediately once he fully recovers, so we should see him within a few episodes to come.
Previously on Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 210
From the latest developments in the last episode, we can already see that the action is going towards a big confrontation with Kara. But with another intruder looming within the village, then the leaf will only have to prepare for what comes next. Konohamaru and Sai were sent on a covert mission to investigate one of Boro’s factions after he was defeated.
We managed to see the extent to which Boro managed to gather followers as a means to recruit more orphans to use for Kara’s experiments. With Boro absent, they could only get few leads into the situation before Jigen sends Delta to destroy everything in sight. Fortunately for Sai and Konohamaru, this did not turn into a fight, and it appeared that Delta did not even notice them.
With very few survivors, Konohamaru and Sai returned back to the village with little clues about Boro and his followers. From here on, there won’t be any leads into Kara as they have also changed the coordinates of their hideout once again.
Maybe the only lead they would have would be through using Kawaki and Boruto’s power. But with the impending Jigen’s return, leaving the village might be a risky move. This explains why the Leaf is doing all it can while preparing for an attack that could happen anytime. In the meantime, it looks like the anime will focus on a different event, and we would see the Leaf’s first contact with Kashin Koji.
He has been sneaking around the Village ever since Kawaki arrived. And it is only now that they have realized another flaw in their sensory defenses. Well, this could be intentional since Kashin Koji wants to move things on his side as well. Koji operates alone as it seems as if he receives orders from Jigen only. Still, he doesn’t follow them strictly, as we have seen when he let Konoha retrieve Kawaki back then.
